Desert Rampage-Are you ready to RUMBLE

The first ICUP event of the year is the Desert Rampage in St. George hosted by Red Rock Bicycle Co.  Last year, I thought after a winter of structured trainer sessions that I would be ready.  I quickly found out that riding  a trainer and racing bikes are completely different and blew up all over the red rock.  This year I have mixed things up and hopefully in a month from today I will have a better showing!

    the trainer may not have made you fast for march but apparenlty the base miles did you good in that you finished leadville under 9 hours
